Featured Component :: The McBain Z-III

The motorized ZIII column is a robust, ergonomic Z axis focusing column used for precision microscopy and measurement. It is manufactured from cold stabilized, precision ground, cast aluminum and is constructed using 9mm cross roller bearings. Z axis traversing is accomplished through the use of a coarse-fine remote focus control unit. Z axis travel is 6” total with focusing down to the top surface of the stage.
